I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Saint Petersburg. the location was convenient, with easy access to the center of the city. Secondly, the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Finally, the rooms were well-equipped with everything I needed, including an iron and a hairdryer. Plus, the breakfast offered a good selection of food to start the day.
Everything was satisfactory during my stay at the hotel.

Good breakfast. Tasty food in restaurant at moderate prices. English was spoken at the reception.
Distance to metro about 1 km/15 min which is not so bad but could be closer. Some noise from neighbouring rooms, apparently walls are thin.

Reason of staying in this hotel was close proximity to Ladozhskyi vokzal, albeit still taxi needed. Price reasonable, free wifi in rooms, fresh water available, good airconditioning system.
Breakfast simple. Location from metro station far - 15 min walk.

We stayed at this hotel for New Year's Eve and had a decent experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. Additionally, we appreciated the complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi access. The location was also convenient as it was close to public transportation, making it easy to explore the city.
We were disappointed to find that the rooms were not as clean as we expected. The carpets and walls appeared to be outdated, and the bathroom could have used a thorough cleaning. Additionally, the noise level from other guests and nearby streets was quite loud at times. this hotel offered good value for the price, but make sure to pack earplugs and sanitizing wipes.

Breakfast included in price. Clean shower room and toilet. Nice and friendly hotel staff. Cheap coffee in the bar.
Smell of smoke was everywhere in the corridor and in the room, because smoking is allowed in the room. Thin walls between the rooms, so could hear what a guy from the neighbor room says on the phone.

Located outside of the city center, this hotel has easy access to the metro and the main bus line. With a grocery store nearby, it's convenient. Rooms are comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped with necessary amenities. Breakfast is reasonably priced but has a good variety of quality food.
While the hotel is quiet and well-maintained, some guests reported issues with dirty murals on the walls and poorly functioning showers.

The price
They had a box "smoking room" in reservation form. It was the reason to book this hotel. But they don't have smoking rooms now. It was very unpleasant
